During a road trip I hit a deer and did major damage to my car. Danielle provided tremendous help and encouragement throughout the entire process of filing the claim and getting repairs scheduled while far from home. She checked in with me several times over the next few days and again once I returned home. Her expert care and attention allowed me to continue with my plans and enjoy my trip, knowing my car was being taken care of and would be ready for me at the end of my trip. She even helped me add on rental car coverage (very inexpensive--here's your sign to add it now) so I won't be out that expense next time.

Adrianne spoke with her to simply get a vehicle swap on our temporary card which they put the wrong one on there I assume by accident but she is so rude over the phone i wasn't trying to argue with her or anything but she was being very unkind I wasn't even mad .

Called in to upgrade my policy and my normal agent was busy. Adrianne Garcez answered all my questions and added what i needed. Also took care of my payment right then. Great customer service. Thank you
